When to Expect Your Order
Orders ship the same day if placed before 12:00 PM CST, Monday-Friday. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided at checkout. Peak times may impact our shipping schedule.

Return Policy
We accept most merchandise within 60 days of purchase in original packaging. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days from purchase. Refunds do not include shipping/postage fees on original orders. All returns must have a return authorization code. To request a return, please send an email to [email protected].

Item(s) should be returned in a sealed package. We recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). Please remove any other labels from the package.

For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend you obtain and retain a return receipt from whichever carrier you choose to use, for your records. Please note: Bryan Nitriceuticals, is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.
