With anything groundbreaking, unscrupulous unauthorized sellers are offering counterfeit look-a-like products that do not contain our proprietary formula and therefore do not work.

When you purchase products from an unauthorized website or reseller our warranty is void as we can not determine the authenticity of the product. When you purchase from an unauthorized reseller, you are taking a risk, because these products may be counterfeit, used, defective. Furthermore counterfeit products have not been subject to our rigorous quality control, have not been allergy tested and could cause a reaction.

Our policy is to honor product warranties only on products purchased from an authorized reseller and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If you return an item to Bryan Nitriceuticals LLC and that item is verified as either counterfeit, you will be notified via e-mail or phone with instructions for retrieving your item.

If you purchased a counterfeit product with a credit card, you may wish to contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. Bryan Nitriceuticals LLC will provide you with a verification email identifying your product as a counterfeit to assist you. In return, we would ask that you help us identify and provide a proof of sale from the unauthorized reseller.
